Hair?????????????????

Hi can anyone help me decide on what is the best deep treatment for my hair. My hair is looking very damaged at the moment from bleaching and styling tools. So I need a treatment which will restore it back to health but what one is the best? Redken CAT Protein treatment, Kerastase oleo relax smoothing mask, bumble & bumble deep treatment, cholesterol, tigi behhead chocolate, matrix’s proto-pak? Also, how do I apply it and how long should it be kept on for? Overnight preferably? Also, is bumble & bumble clarifying shampoo good?

P.s my hair is straight however completely unsure as to whether it is thick or thin because sometimes it is thick and sometimes it feels thin
Well in the salons I have been to, these are the products they use so what is the point in getting a hairdresser to do it who will charge me double the price.

hi you can try a hair mud pack its warming a bit like the facial masks, other than that try Charles Worthington leave in conditioner! Ive been a hairdresser for over 20 years and sadly lots of the remedies only mask the problem, it will still be there next time you wash it, stop using heated appliances for a while, if you do need the hairdryer use on a lower heat using a diffuser, also irons make sure you use a strong heat protector spray, if the end are brittle you may need to trim those off, also shampoos and conditioners with almond oil works great, Avon do a great dry end serum Ive used it and it really does work, you can shop on line with Avon, also some Avon reps sell on eBay, good luck
