My swim goggles leak during starts?

whenever I dive water seems to get into my goggles, they are speedo vanquisher 2.0, is it the nosepiece that I should change?

The problem is not in goggles!!!Put them on first and then a rubber hat helps 100%
if there realy broken this would help only 50% But still try!!
